Students who have attended the theoretical course and successfully passed all the exams, tests, term papers provided for by the curriculum are allowed to undergo practical training.
The educational practice program includes the following sections:
1. General characteristics of the enterprise. To study the scope, types, goals and objectives of the activity, the organizational and legal form, the internal and external environment and the main indicators of the enterprise.
2. Organizational structure of the enterprise. To study the organizational and functional structure (present them schematically in the report), the areas of responsibility of the linear and functional divisions of the enterprise, the job description and the duties of a specialist (by position for the period of practice).
3. Accounting and reporting at the enterprise. Familiarize yourself with the organization of accounting and reporting at the enterprise (regulations on accounting policies, chart of accounts, balance sheet, income statement, etc.).
4. Legal support of the enterprise. Familiarize yourself with the procedure for creating and registering an enterprise, study the main legal and constituent documents regulating the activities of an enterprise (laws, charter, license, regulations, instructions, accounting policy, taxation policy, job responsibilities, regulations, etc.).
Practice report requirements
Before the internship, the student must study the program and methodological recommendations and refer to the relevant regulatory and educational materials in order to be prepared to complete the internship tasks and solve specific practical issues.
Both in preparation and during the period of internship, it is recommended that, on emerging issues, refer to the legislation, educational and reference literature, as well as materials published in the periodical press.
In the practice diary, it is necessary to record daily brief information about the work done. Records of completed work must be specific and signed by the organization's practice leader. With his permission, the student keeps the draft documents drawn up by him, photocopies of the documents of the organization, notes in the diary all the questions that arise related to the solution of specific problems. Keeping such records will make it much easier for the student to write an internship report.
The practice report highlights the following issues:
Place and time of internship;
Description of the work performed by sections of the program;
Analysis of the most complex and interesting questions who met during the internship;
Indications of difficulties in solving complex and controversial issues;
Comments on certain documents with which the student got acquainted during the practice;
How did the practice go, what benefit did it bring in the assimilation of theoretical material and what assistance was provided to him by the leaders of the practice;
The attitude of the student to the studied materials and the activities with which he got acquainted, the knowledge and skills that he acquired during the practice.
The report should not repeat the practice diary and practice program.
The practice report is compiled for the main sections of the program. The volume should be up to 20 pages typescript ( excluding applications).
The report is drawn up on A4 white paper (210x297 mm) and bound in a single block. The text of the report is presented on one side of the sheet, in Times New Roman font, size 14, with 1.5 intervals. Each page of the work is drawn up with the following margins: left - 30 mm; right - 10 mm; top - 20 mm; lower - 20 mm. Paragraph indent in the text - 1.5 cm.
All pages of the work must be consecutively numbered, including appendices. The numbering is made in Arabic numerals, while the serial number of the page is placed in the lower right corner, starting with the introduction, i.e. after the title page, contract, review, diary and table of contents. Other elements of the report(tables, figures, diagrams, applications) formatted as in a coursework(see method. pointer).
At the end of the practice period, the report is registered with a specialist of the dean's office and submitted for verification to the head of practice from the university. The defense of the report on the practice is carried out within the time limits determined by the order of the director of the branch of the university. The results of defending the practice report are reflected in the statement and the student's record book.
The order of placement of materials in the practice report:
1. Title page (see sample).
2. Agreement with signatures of officials, certified by mastic official seals of organizations ( the form is issued).
3. Feedback on the trainee with the signature of the head of the practice from the organization and the assessment, certified by the mastic official seal of the organization and the date ( see sample).
4. Practice diary with appropriate signatures, marks and dates ( see sample).
6. Introduction ( place, position, period of passage, purpose and objectives of the practice).
7. Main part ( sections №№ 1-4 of the practice program).
8. Conclusion ( results and conclusions from practice).
9. Applications ( documents worked out by the trainee; copies of documents of the organization, etc.).
Internship- an important milestone educational process However, in most cases, instead of working in their specialty, students are forced to do small assignments that have nothing to do with what they need to study. However, at the end of the practice, each student is required to submit a practice report to his department, which should describe in detail the activities, the application of the theoretical knowledge gained, and so on. Preparing a high-quality practice report requires a lot of effort and time, which is extremely difficult for a modern student, who is often forced to combine study with work, to find.
